How to reserve spaces at Aquinas College
Aquinas College has many fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces on campus to host your next event. These include rooms, meeting areas, exterior spaces, parking areas, green spaces, and plazas.
Depending on your affiliation with the college, you are asked to request a reservation in the following ways.
Faculty, Staff, Students
Employees and registered student organizations at Aquinas College must use the event management system (EMS) to reserve space on campus.
Directions: First, "Create an Account" with your Aquinas email address and Department. Within 24 hours of submitting for an account, you should be able to access the "request a space" function. Please refer to the How-To Guide for step-by-step instructions on requesting space. If you have questions, please call Conferencing and Event Services at x1047.
Outside Individuals and Organizations
Aquinas College’s properties exist to support the institution's mission and purposes. The College permits public use of its property as long as it does not disrupt educational activities or compromise Aquinas’ Mission, or the safety and security of students, faculty, or staff.
