Ticket Information

2025 Commencement Tickets

To help you and your loved ones celebrate this important milestone, each graduate is allocated six tickets to the Commencement Ceremony in Sturrus Sports & Fitness Center.

All attendees are required to have a ticket to enter the event. Lost tickets cannot be replaced or reprinted.

Ticket Pick Up

Graduates can pick up their commencement tickets at GradFest on April 23, 2025, from 12 to 2 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. in the Wege Ballroom. A student ID is required to pick up tickets.

For students unable to attend GradFest, we will hold your tickets in the Registrar's Office. You may pick them up during our office hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you're unable to pick them up in person, please call the Registrar's Office at (616) 632-2871. There will be a Will Call booth at Sturrus on the day of commencement.

Extra Tickets

If you need extra tickets, we will have 100 tickets available on the day of commencement, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you decide you have tickets you do not need, you may either give them to someone who needs them or turn them over at the Will Call booth at Sturrus on the day of commencement.

Accessible Seating Tickets

Accessible seating is located in various areas of the commencement ceremony facility for convenient access to entrances/exits, restrooms, and assistance from AQ personnel (if requested). An accessible seating area will be offered on the main floor for individuals with mobility impacts who request this. Tickets will be picked up at GradFest on April 23. Please fill out the form below to request tickets.

Accommodation Request Form

Instructions and arrival times for individuals requesting accommodations will be emailed before the commencement events. Due to limited capacity, only the person needing accommodations and one additional guest may sit in the designated accessible seating area. These seats count toward your allotted in-person tickets.

Alternative Viewing Areas

When extra tickets run out, guests will be directed to the Alternative Viewing Area in the Wege Ballroom and Loutit Room. Video of the ceremony will be live-streamed in both rooms from Aquinas College's YouTube channel. This space is more comfortable for those who can’t sit on bleachers, navigate steps well, or have small kids.

The YouTube channel is also a good option for those people who can not attend in person.
