Brian Mick '09
Brian studied community leadership, business and Spanish---he's an immigration attorney at ImLaw in Grand Rapids. In his speech at Commencement 2017, he said "I think the Aquinas tagline sums up what our lives are about quite perfectly: Making all the difference in the world - which can be accomplished by living the Dominican pillars of Study, Community, Service, and Prayer. I especially found community at Aquinas College; it is through community that we are inspired, encouraged, and admonished."

“My professors played a key role in helping me move forward with my legal career. And, my studio art class professors helped me look at things from a different perspective. After graduating from Aquinas, I attended law school. Following my graduation, I joined Legal Aid of Western Michigan. As a staff attorney, I provide free civil legal services to low income individuals. My experience at Legal Aid has been eye-opening and I am grateful that my work is focused on the greater good.”--Ragan Savara ‘03, History & Political Science Major, Art Minor
