Promoting Your Aquinas Event

Please complete the steps below based on the needs of your event:

• Reserve a space on campus: Conferencing Room Request Form
• Request marketing and communication support (website updates, digital signage, photo/video, social media, media relations) through the Marketing and Communications Work Request.
• Request graphics (event invitations, flyers, posters, programs) through the Graphics Request Form.

The earlier you complete the form(s) above, the better (at least 14 days prior to your event). The closer to the event we receive your information, the more limited our options are for promoting it.
