| Randy has directed for Circle Theatre and Magic Circle for eight seasons, including Moby Dick! The Musical, Androcles and The Lion, Princess and the Pea, Treasure Island, Robin Hood, The Hobbit and Wiley and the Hairy Man. Other directing credits include Writer 1272, Esperanza Rising, Hecuba, Dimly Perceived Threats to the System and the Grand Award nominated Arabian Nights for Aquinas College (where he serves as the Theatre Program Chair), the Grand Award winning The Secret Garden at Cornerstone University,Twelfth Night and Tartuffe for Heritage Theatre Group, Private Eyes and Waving Goodbye for Minnesota State University at Mankato, The Illusion, The Birds and Picasso At The Lapin Agile for Lost in the Cove Productions, Anticipating Miles for the Coda Theatre Project in Austin TX, and Said and Meant and Man Saved By Condiments! for the Whole Art Theatre in Kalamazoo, where he is Playwright-in-Residence. His latest collection of short works Tiny Catastrophes is currently running at the Whole Art's Late Night series. Randy's plays have been published and produced internationally, most recently at the University of Zurich in Switzerland. He has been published through Heinneman, Smith + Krause, Playscripts, Inc and Applause Publishing. His plays (including Mint, 9x9x9, Synonymy and Sonata Blue) have been performed and have won recognition in many places around the nation, including the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. Randy has taught directing, improvisation and script writing at several colleges and institutions. He earned his MFA in Directing from Minnesota State University at Mankato and is a member of the Playwright’s Center in Minneapolis. |

| Bill Dunckel received a Grand Award for his work on Circle Theatre's 2005 production of "Beauty and the Beast" and was nominated for Circle's 2006 productions of "Oliver!" and "Moby Dick! The Musical." Bill is the Costume Shop Manager for Aquinas College, where he has designed such shows as "Midsummer Nights Dream," "All In the Timing" and "Glass Menagerie." He is also on staff with Circle Theatre as Costume Designer for the entire Main Stage season. Bill has worked with Highland Park Players in the Chicago area ("Beauty and the Beast"); Midland Center of the Arts ("Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," starring Tony Award winner Michael McGuire); on the world premiere of "Mozart's Magnificent Voyage for Classical Kids," a Canadian theatrical company that produces Children's classical concerts; with The Bay City Players ("The Women," "1776" and "The Secret Garden"; and Essex Theater ("Les Miz," "Joseph" and "Good News"). |

Kyle Amanda Dutkiewicz worked in the Grand Rapids area in fund development and the arts for several years, and began directing and choreographing for Actors' Theatre in 2006. Her work for Actors' includes directing Tick, Tick... Boom, co-directing Assassins (Grand Award Nomination) and choreographing Kiss of the Spider Woman, Side Show (2007 Grand Award Nomination), Urinetown the Musical (2006 Grand Award Winner for Outstanding Choreography), Rocky Horror Show (2006 Grand Award Winner for Outstanding Chorography), and Bat Boy the Musical (Grand Award Nomination. Her work at Circle Theatre includes directing Pippin (2007 Grand Award nomination for direction and best musical) and choreographing The Full Monty (Grand Award Nomination) and Honk! (Grand Award Nomination). She also directed Sinners and The Creation of the World and Other Business for Grand Rapids Community College and is an adjunct professor in the theatre department at Aquinas College. |

Before taking over as Managing Director for Fred Sebulske in the Spring of 2007, Kyle was the Director of Development for the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts. Prior to this position she obtained her Masters Degree in Arts, Entertainment and Media Management from Columbia College Chicago with an emphasis in Performing Arts Management. While in Chicago, she worked for the Ruth Page Foundation as well as Lookingglass Theatre Company in their development departments. Her earlier work in Grand Rapids includes working for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Michigan and Reagan Marketing + Design. Originally from Grand Rapids, Kyle received her BA from Aquinas College. |

| Christine Iaderosa holds an M.Phil in Performance Studies from New York University, a MA in Theatre from University of Illinois-Chicago, a BFA in acting from University of Utah and is currently finishing her PhD in Playwrighting from Western Michigan University. She has been directing in Kalamazoo at the Whole Art Theatre and Loy Norrix High School. Some of her credits include Stop Kiss, Lobby Hero, Boston Marriage, Critical Mass and The Diviners. She is also the Resident Director of Théâtre de la Chandelle Verte, a French-language touring company where her credits include Sarte’s Huis Clos, Corneille’s L’Illusion Comique, Ionesco’s La Lecon, and Mariveau’s Marivaux's Le jeu de l'amour et du hasard. |

Deborah is a BFA graduate of the University of Michigan and has her MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Her influences are experimental theater in all shapes and sizes and she continually learns as she practices. She has apprenticed under Rick Sordelet and Steve White in NYC in Stage Combat, and has choreographed many shows in NYC. She recently taught Stage Combat, Directing, Acting, and Movement at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids. She is delighted to be teaching here at Aquinas because of the fine caliber of students and facility. |

Don, a native of Morenci, Michigan, has been working in theater since 1994. He studied Drafting,
Theater, Art and Creative Writing at Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan, and has put
scenery for over 100 productions on his record, including nearly 60 professional productions. |

He has worked mainly in and around the Adrian area with the Croswell Opera House, Michigan's
oldest theatre (circa 1866). The Croswell is the 6th oldest continually operating theater in the
U.S. and is the oldest continually running theater west of Washington, D.C. His work in the
theater has ranged from Technical Direction to Scenic Design, Scenic Artistry, Properties, Acting,
and Stage Management. His scenic work has earned two Lake Erie West People's Choice Awards, for
1776 (Scenic Artist) and 42nd St. (Scenic Designer). He has also done work for theaters such as
the Fort Wayne Civic Theater in Indiana. |

Don has also done a share of work writing for theatre, having written book and libretto for an
original musical, (Fade To Black), an adapted musical (Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy
Hollow) which was co-written with Composer David Zabriskie and premiered in October at the
Croswell Opera House in 2004, a one act play, (Complex Complex), which premiered in the fall of
2000 at Siena Heights University, and a full play, (Captain Champion), which premiered at SHU in
February of 2003. |

Don is still a newlywed, and plans to always feel that way. He lives in the Grand Rapids area with
his beautiful wife, Cassie, and their two young boys. He's a big collector and builder of LEGO.
Anything you can think of, he can build it using LEGO. Yes, even scenery. |
