Promoting Your Aquinas Event

The Marketing and Communication Department is available to assist you in promoting your Aquinas event.

Please complete the steps below based on the needs of your event:

  1. Reserve a space on campus: Conferencing Room Request Form
  2. Request promotional materials (event invitations, digital signage, posters, programs, etc.): Graphic Services Request Form
  3. Request assistance promoting your event: Promotion Request Form
  4. Reserve a photographer: Photography Request Form (requires ELM log in)
  5. Reserve a videographer: Video Request Form (requires ELM log in)

The earlier you complete the form(s) above, the better. The closer to the event we receive your information, the more limited our options are for promoting it.
