Promotion Request Form

For use by Aquinas College staff, faculty and students to request assistance by the Marketing & Communication Department in promoting official Aquinas College events.

Requests must be submitted online using the form below.

Please note: The further in advance your request is received, the more options are available for promoting your event.

Promotion Requested
Please indicate the type(s) of promotion you are requesting from the Marketing & Communication Department for your event.

Postings to ACORN and/or The Moose are the responsibility of the event organizers.

Each event will be reviewed by the Marketing & Communication Team. Decisions on type of event coverage are at the discretion of the Marketing & Communication Department and based on the information submitted in this form. You will be notified when your Promotion Request has been reviewed.

Promotional Materials
A promotional photograph of a speaker/presenter or other aspect of your event may be required depending on the type of event coverage you would like.
Photos must be a .jpg or .tif file and at least 250k in file size. Photos should be clear and well-lit. Horizontal images are preferred. By submitting an image, you agree that its use by the College is not a violation of the image's copyright. All images submitted may be used in promotional materials including, but not limited to: media releases, the College's website, College social media channels, College brochures and official College publications.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: jpg jpeg tif.
If you have already had a promotional flyer, poster, brochure, etc. created for your event, please upload a pdf of the document below.
Files must be less than 2 MB.
Allowed file types: pdf.
Additional Options

If your event requires photography or videography, you will need to complete the forms below at least 10 business days prior to your event.

Note: Photography and videography costs are the responsibility of the requesting department/program/RSO.
