Student Complaint Policy

At Aquinas College, student input is welcome in a variety of ways and will be acknowledged and resolved by the appropriate College personnel in a timely manner. A record of written and signed student feedback of both an academic and non-academic nature will be kept on file by both the
responding office as well as the office of the Dean of Students. Complaints received via telephone or in person will be recorded and resolved according to specific protocols within the individual office. There is also an online form available below for students to submit complaints.
